Ha ha! I am smarter than the technology!

So, to inform everyone, I haven't been able to actually SEE The Touched for a bit now. However, through the use of cunning technology (i.e. the power of my MIND), I am now able to see it again, and can feel like the posts I'm making actually exist. How positive.

WWII giant mechs... The voice acting isn't great, but in terms of action? It doesn't get much better than this:

Kurt Vonnegut has died. I'm sad to see another great author go. Between him and Hunter S. Thompson being gone, I'm running out of authors I admire. Brust better keep on ticking...

I just got a prescription that lists, "This medication may caused blurred vision" as as a possible side effect. As my vision is already blurred, if I wake up tomorrow morning with 20/20 sight, is it still a side effect, or does it become a bonus at that point?

In checking the mail, I received a periodical from my alma mater. The issue in question is entitled: The Green Generation: They want to save the world. (Name of University) is giving them the tools to do it.

Being that I'm a certified smartass, I immediately turned over the magazine to see if they printed on recycled paper. It's not. So the question is, how many issues of this magazine are sent out, and how may people immediately throw them in the trash? I have a lot of personal issues with said University (mainly because I used to work there and their classified employees haven't gotten a raise in who knows how long, and they have to pay to park at their workplace), but printing a "green" centered issue on new glossy paper? C'mon.

And I never gave them an update to my address, how did they find me?

OK, I just finished fixing the wonky "guest chair" (i.e. the chair that all my crap goes on when I come in to work) in my office. It no longer lists to the right. This will make the next series of gigs interesting as my crew slowly finds out it isn't broken. Or this is just a timestamp to see how long it'll take to break. For the moment, I'm impressed with my own carpentry.

Now to get the motivation to finish painting my office.

Sometimes you really need a cool drink.

I think the eyes are a bit creepy, but this is still too funny.
